The MyBioSource Mouse Angiotensin II ELISA Kit quantitatively measures Angiotensin II in various mouse biological samples using a sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The 96-well plate coated with a specific antibody captures Angiotensin II, which is then detected with a biotinylated antibody and HRP-conjugated streptavidin. Color development, proportional to Angiotensin II levels, is measured at 450 nm post-TMB substrate addition and stop solution application.
