EME1 Mouse anti-Human, Clone: 7h2/1, Invitrogen
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen MA15767
MA1-5767 detects Eme1 in human samples. MA1-5767 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. The MA1-5767 immunogen is human Eme1 (60-65Kd).This gene encodes a protein that complexes with methyl methanesulfonate-sensitive UV-sensitive 81 protein to form an endonuclease complex. The encoded protein interacts with specifc DNA structures including nicked Holliday junctions, 3 ft.-flap structures and aberrant replication fork structures. This protein may be involved in repairing DNA damage and in maintaining genomic stability. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
