Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

Reacts with all major histocompatibility Class II HLA-DR, DP and most DQ antigens expressed on B cells, antigen presenting cells and activated T cells. This antibody fixes complement. This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis. Other applications were tested at BD Biosciences Pharmingen during antibody development only or reported in the literature.
