Description

For low background screening on a variety of mouse and human tissues. anti-IgG1 κ, Mouse, PerCP-Cy™5.5, Clone: MOPC-21, Isotype Control, BD immunoglobulin is a mouse myeloma protein. This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis.

This reagent has been used as isotype control in immunophenotypic studies with baboon, rhesus, or cynomolgus peripheral blood cells. Other applications were tested at BD Biosciences Pharmingen during antibody development only or reported in the literature.
