Description

Lewis A is a blood group antigen consisting of Gal Β1-3(Fuc α1-4) GlcNAc. Lewis A is found to be present primarily on epithelial cells such as colon and kidneys.2-4 In the tumors and dedifferentiated tissues, decrease of Lea antigen was observed.
