HLA-E Mouse anti-Human, Non-human primate, Clone: MEM-E/06, Invitrogen
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen MA119356
HLA E belongs to the HLA class I heavy chain paralogues. This class I molecule is a heterodimer consisting of a heavy chain and a light chain (beta-2 microglobulin). The heavy chain is anchored in the membrane. HLA E binds a restricted subset of peptides derived from the leader peptides of other class I molecules. This antibody reacts with some classical MHC Class I molecules (HLA-A3, -A11, -B7) but also may exhibits much broader cross-reactivity with HLA-A24, -A32, -B8, -B15, -B27, -B35, -B44, -B54, -C3, -C4, -C5, -C7.A suggested positive control for this product is spleen tissue.
