Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

The D21-1351 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to the human CC chemokine, MIP-1 β (macrophage inflammatory protein-1 β ). Human MIP-1 β shares approximately 75% homology with mouse MIP-1 β at the amino acid level. Expression of MIP-1 β in human peripheral blood cells is induced by proinflammatory and mitogenic stimuli. MIP-1 β is a chemoattractant for monocytes and lymphocytes. Human MIP-1 β

This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis. Other applications were tested at BD Biosciences Phamingen during antibody development only or reported in the literature.
