Specificity: Anti-Mouse CD90 (CloneT24/31) reacts with mouse CD90. Antigen Distribution: CD90 is expressed by thymocytes, peripheral T cells, myoblasts, epidermal cells, and keratinocytes. Background: CD90 is a 25-35 kDa GPI-anchored protein belonging to the Ig superfamily. Applications: (WB, FA, WB, FC, IHC) CloneT24/31 is particularly useful for depletion of T lymphocytes. Leinco’s In vivo GOLDTM and In vivo PLATINUMTM functional antibodies are manufactured in an animal free facility using only In vitro cell culture techniques and are purified by a multi-step process including the use of protein A or G to assure extremely low levels of endotoxins, leachable protein A or aggregates.
