The AmpliTaq Gold 360 Buffer Kit includes 1.5mL (each) of 10X AmpliTaq Gold 360 Buffer, 25mM MgCl₂, and 360 GC Enhancer. All solutions are prepared in deionized, filter-sterilized water.

The AmpliTaq Gold 360 Buffer Kit is used in conjunction with AmpliTaq Gold 360 DNA Polymerase and is intended for those occasions when the quantity of reagents supplied with the enzyme are not sufficient.
