Description

Used for JUN dye spectral calibration of your 7500 Fast, ViiA 7, QuantStudio 6 Flex and 7 Flex, and QuantStudio 12K Flex real-time PCR systems with a Fast 96-well block.

Calibration and verification should be run at least every six months. Please see your instrument maintenance guide for full instructions on use. The dye formulations will improve results with multiplexing by more accurately representing fluorescent spectra found in your real-time PCR experiments.
