Attune™ Focusing Fluid (1X)

• An optimized buffer solution used in the Attune™ Acoustic Focusing Cytometer for focusing and transportation of particles throughout the fluidics system
• This sterile, buffered, azide-free support reagent contains a surfactant that helps clean the fluidic lines of the Attune™ Acoustic Focusing Cytometer
• Designed to minimize bubble formation and to prevent build-up of cellular material in the flow cell, resulting in less instrument clogging
• Ready-to-use 1X focusing fluid was designed to eliminate the need for dilution prior to use, as well as access to a purified water system
• Convenient 20 L packaging provides enough focusing fluid to operate for at least 20 days (the average focusing fluid consumption per day is less than 1 L)
• Spigot helps to simplify the filling of onboard fluidics tanks
• Each batch of Attune™ Focusing Fluid is traceable by its lot number designation and has been validated for use on the Attune™ Acoustic Focusing Cytometer
