Description

Sheep Polyclonal Antibody

Reconstitute in 100 μL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material. After reconstitution keep aliquots at -20 °C for a higher stability, and at 4 °C with an appropriate antibacterial agent. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid repetitive freeze/thaw cycles.

AUP1 contains a domain with homology to the ancient conserved region of the archain 1 gene and a domain they may be involved in binding ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes. The unprocessed precursor is of 476 amino acids in length and has an estimated molecular weight of 53 kDa.
