Description

Quantative determination of α2-antiplasmin activity as an aid in the diagnosis of inherited or acquired deficiencies and in management of fibrinolytic therapy.

Berichrom α2-Antiplasmin Reagent is used for the determination of α2-antiplasmin and the detection of hereditary or acquired α2-antiplasmin deficiencies. The chromogenic activity assay is also applicable for the monitoring of substitution therapy.
