Description

General Ubiquitin Proteasome Pathway (UPP) Products

A mixture that contains MgCl2, ATP and ATP regenerating enzymes to recycle hydrolyzed ATP (AMP, ADP) to ATP. An ideal energy source for conjugation/degradation assays that are performed with impure reagents or in crude lysates that may contain ATP-depleting activities. The amount provided is sufficient for 1mL worth of in vitro reactions.
