Formulated to support the in vitro enzymatic activity of Heat Shock Proteins, specifically HSP60 and HSP60/HSP10 complex

HSP60 Reaction Buffer is formulated to support the in vitro enzymatic activity of Heat Shock Proteins, specifically HSP60 and HSP60/HSP10 complex. This buffer contains potassium and magnesium salts at concentrations that are required for the catalytic function of HSP60 in vitro. This buffer also contains a concentration of dithiothreitol that may interfere with E1, E2, and E3 ubiquitin ligase enzymes depending on experimental design.
