Isolate and cultivate Brucella using Thermo Scientific™ Oxoid™ Brucella Medium Base (Dehydrated) when used with Brucella Selective Supplement (SR0083 or SR0209). Brucella medium Base may be used to prepare the serum-dextrose-antibiotic medium as described by Jones and Brinley Morgan1 for the cultivation and isolation of Brucella, including fastidious types.

Isolate and cultivate Brucella using Brucella Medium Base when used with Brucella Selective Supplement (SR0083 or SR0209).
