Description

Eisco Labs 6 cm Buchner funnel with straight sides and fixed perforated plate made of glazed porcelain, used for filtration. Requires 5 - 5.5cm filter paper.

  • 6cm Buchner funnel with straight sides and a fixed perforated plate is made of glazed porcelain
  • For use in filtration (separation of solid matter and fluid)
  • Filtration paper required but NOT included - Best with 5-5.5cm filter paper - Moisten filter paper with a liquid to prevent initial leakage
  • Funnel measures 4.5 in. tall and 2.6 in. wide, with an inner diameter of 2.4 in. and a 2 in. long spout
  • Often used in combination with a Buchner flask (CH0422C01), Buchner ring and sinter seals
