Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human MOLT-4 whole cell, human U251 whole cell. Flow: RT4 cell. Required for the progression of the G1 to S phase transition. Plays a role in the stimulation of CHEK1 phosphorylation.
