Description
ABS 002-49-02 is specific for C1s proenzyme and activated free C1s and C1s in complex with C1 inhibitor. ABS 002-49-02 has been successfully used in ELISA procedures. ABS 002-49-02 reacts in ELISA when tested with activated C1s enzyme directly coated onto the microtiter well or in sandwich ELISA in combination with a polyclonal antibody in coat. The ABS 002-49-02 immunogen is Human plasma C1s Proenzyme. Epitope of ABS 002-49-02 differs from that of ABS 002-09-02. NOTE: Concentration is lot-dependent and can vary from 0.85-1.15 mg/mL.
