A cell-permeable benzotropolone compound that competes against Pam3 CSK4

A cell-permeable benzotropolone compound that competes against Pam3CSK4- (Cat. No. 506350) for TLR1/TLR2 heterodimer binding ( K i = 410nM) and selectively antagonizes against Pam3CSK4-induced RAW264.7 cellular NO production (IC50 = 580nM) without apparent cytotoxicity ( up to 100μM and 24 h). Exhibits no antagonist activity toward TLR2/TLR6, TLR3, TLR4, TLR7 at 0.5μM and little inhibitory potency against a panel of 10 kinases at 5μM (by <11% inhibition).
