Description

This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

  • Interleukin 17A (IL17A), a proinflammatory cytokine secreted by activated T-lymphocytes, is a potent inducer of the maturation of CD34-positive hematopoietic precursors into neutrophils.
  • IL17RA is a type I membrane glycoprotein that binds to interleukin 17A with low affinity.
  • It has a multimeric structure and plays a pathogenic role in many inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
