Chicken Polyclonal Antibody

PA1-9541 detects CXADR in human samples. PA1-9541 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot, PA1-9541 detects a 38 kDa protein representing CXADR. PA1-9541 immunogen is a purified recombinant CXADR corresponding to the chromosome 21 gene (Human).

The protein encoded by this gene is a type I membrane receptor for group B coxsackieviruses and subgroup C adenoviruses. Pseudogenes of this gene are found on chromosomes 15, 18, and 21.
