Description
VCAM-1 (B-N8) is a mouse monoclonal antibody raised against VCAM-1 ofhuman origin. B-N8 can be used for functional studies of cell adhesion molecules. BMS141BT can be used for FACS analysis as determined using stimulated human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC). The antibody can be used to stain aceton-fixed cryostat sections. BMS141 is suitable for ELISA technique. Applications Tested: ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Functional Studies, Immunohistochemistry. Purity: >95%.
