No. 00-8222-49), or eBioscience Foxp3 / Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Set (Cat. No. 00-5523-00) when stored at 2-8 degrees C in the dark.
NovaFluor dyes can also be used as a surface stain prior to methanol fixation.
