Invitrogen™ CD150 Monoclonal Antibody (A12 (7D4)), PE, eBioscience™

Description
Description: The A12 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD150, an ~70 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein also known as Signaling Lymphocyte Activation Molecule (SLAM). CD150 is expressed by T and B cells and its expression is rapidly upregulated on these cells upon activation. Immature thymocytes and dendritic cells also express this antigen. Signaling through SLAM induces proliferation and cytokine production of T cells and SLAM plays a role in activation of T and B cells. Applications Reported: This A12 (7D4) antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: This A12 (7D4) antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 5 μL (0.5 μg) per test. A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. Excitation: 488-561 nm; Emission: μ8 nm; Laser: Blue Laser, Green Laser, Yellow-Green Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered.
