The Beckman Coulter CD19 antibody IM2643U is a purified mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (RPE). It is designed for flow cytometry analysis of human CD19, a 95 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on B lymphocytes and follicular dendritic cells. This antibody can be used for immunophenotyping of leukemias and lymphomas and monitoring B cell levels. It is supplied as a liquid in sodium azide at 0.1% concentration. The recommended usage is 5-10 μL per test, with 106 cells per test. It has a 12 month shelf life when stored at 2-8°C protected from prolonged exposure to light.
