Invitrogen™ CD21 Monoclonal Antibody (CA2.1D6)

Description
The epitope recognized by this antibody is reported to be sensitive to formaldehyde fixation and tissue processing. We recommend the use of acetone fixation for frozen sections. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Mouse anti Canine CD21 antibody, clone CA2.1D6 recognizes canine CD21, also known as Complement receptor type 2. CD21 is a cell surface antigen expressed by canine B lymphocytes.
