Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

A suggested positive control is human colon tissue lysate. PA5-20436 can be used with blocking peptide PEP-0553. The PA5-20436 immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of TEM-1. Predicted molecular ~ 81kD and 46kD. In Western blot applications, this antibody has been observed to detect a band at: 90 kD (post-modifications: 27 O-linked glycosylations) and 46kD. Predicted species reactivity based on immunogen sequence: Mouse (86%); Rat: (86%).
