The Beckman Coulter CD3 antibody is a purified mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to the CD3 antigen on human T lymphocytes. It is conjugated to FITC and is intended for use in flow cytometry to identify CD3+ T cells. This antibody recognizes the epsilon chain of the CD3 complex and can be used for immunophenotyping and monitoring of T cell populations. It is supplied as a liquid in sodium azide at a concentration of 0.5 mg/mL. The recommended usage is 2-10 μL per test, with optimal titration required. It has a 12 month shelf life when stored at 2-8°C. This antibody is for research use only.
