Clone P67.6 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that reacts with CD33 (Siglec-3) a 67 kDa type 1 transmembrane sialoadhesin protein of the immunoglobulin superfamily. Verified for use with flow cytometry assays use this antibody in applications requiring the detection of human CD33. CD33 is a major marker used to differentiate myeloid from lymphoid or erythroid leukemias and functions as a sialic acid-dependent cell adhesion molecule mediating protein-glycan and protein-protein interactions between cells.
