Invitrogen™ CD68 Monoclonal Antibody (ED1), PE

Description
Membrane permeabilization is required for flow cytometry applications. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4°C in the dark. Mouse anti rat CD68, clone ED1 recognizes the rat ED1 antigen, a heavily glycosylated protein of approximately 90 -110 KDa, also known as rat CD68 (Dijkstra et al. 1985).
