The Caprico CD8 iFluor 488 Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CD8. It is conjugated to iFluor 488, a bright green-fluorescent dye. This antibody can be used for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and other fluorescent detection methods. It recognizes the 32-34 kDa CD8 antigen, which is expressed on cytotoxic T cells, thymocytes, and NK cells. This antibody is supplied as a liquid in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 1% BSA. The concentration is 0.5 mg/mL. Recommended dilutions are 1:100-1:400 for flow cytometry and 1:50-1:200 for immunofluorescence. This antibody is validated for human samples.
