Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

FACS procedure using PBMCs: Add 10 μL of MA1-12030/10^6 PBMC in 100 μL PBS. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes on ice. Wash twice with PBS and analyze or fix with 0.5% v/v of paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze. FACS procedure using whole blood: Add 10 μL of MA1-12030/100 μL of whole blood. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at room temperature. Lyse the whole blood. Wash once with PBS and analyze or fix with 0.5% v/v of paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze.

CD8 Monoclonal antibody specifically detects CD8 in Human samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.
