Noncompetitive Epac1 inhibitor

CE3F4 is a noncompetitive Epac1 inhibitor. Blocks Epac-induced Rap activation and prevents isoprenaline -induced autophagy flux in cardiomyocytes. Has no effect on PKA activity in the presence of cAMP.
