CHIR-99021 HCl is a synthetic small molecule and ATP-competitive inhibitor of GSK3 kinase, with IC50 of 10 and 6.7 nM for GSK3α and GSK3β, respectively. Has >500-fold selectivity for GSK3 over closely related CDC2 and ERK2 kinases. Functions as a WNT activator. Provided as 2 mg of dry powder. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter,  PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
