Chicken Anti Protein L Polyclonal Affinity Purified Lyophilized 1mg - This polyclonal antibody from Innovative Research is in a Lyophilized format, buffered in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2, 0.1% sodium azide. Chickens were immunized with purified recombinant protein L. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and dilapidated. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified off protein L agarose. Lyophilized material should be kept at 4C until rehydrated and will remain stable for a minimum of 2 years. Rehydrate by adding 1.0 mL of reagent quality water to the product vial. Store the liquid solution at 4C for up to a week; thereafter, aliquots should be prepared and stored frozen. Stable for a minimum of 1 year at -20C. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for the particular assay conditions. This product can be used for many research applications, including ELISA 0.1 - 0.01 ug/ml, Lateral Flow, WB 0.1 - 0.01 ug/ml.
