Designed for storing biological material, human or animal cells, at temperatures as low as -196°C. Cryovial™ External Thread with Lip Seal Cryogenic Vials should be used only in the gas phase of liquid nitrogen.

  • Made of specially formulated polypropylene
  • Cap features a long skirt and for one hand aseptic methods
  • Fast cap thread design for tightening or removal with a mere 1 1/4 turn and inside thread design will not contribute to contamination
  • Lip inside cap ensures leakproof seal even at low temperatures
  • Provided with white marking area for sample identification
  • Color coded by the use of a CAPINSERT™
  • Sterilized by gamma radiation
  • Packaged in unique tamperproof, resealable, safety-lock bags
