Description

Obtain accurate, reproducible results in immunohistochemistry experiments with Epredia™ D2-40 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody.

D2-40 is reactive to a 40kDa O-linked sialoglycoprotein in lymphatic endothelium, fetal testis, seminomas and dysgerminomas. D2-40 is useful in demonstrating lymphatic invasion by primary tumors and in vascular lesions. Publications suggest that D2-40 positivity in lymphovascular invasion was a more prognostic predictor of breast cancer than blood vessel invasion2. It is also considered useful in differential diagnosis of epithelioid malignant mesothelioma vs adenocarcinoma1.
