  • 4-well panel containing antifungals incorporated into agar medium in different concentrations
    • Terbinafine: 0.016 mg/L and 0.125 mg/L
    • Itraconazole:1 mg/L
  • Not for use directly with clinical or other specimens
    • Microorganism to be tested must be pure culture on a dermatophyte culture medium supplemented with cycloheximide and chloramphenicol
    • For mixed culture, selected colonies should be purified by subculturing
  • Results are read visually at the end of incubation
