Description
DIGE Gels LF24 are large format precast 12.5% polyacrylamide gels with low fluorescent glass plates intended for 2D DIGE/DIBE™ with Amersham™ DIGE Unit LF24 electrophoresis.
- Ready to use precast gel
- Quick set up with optimized DIGE Buffer Kit
- Optimized 24 cm IPG strips for large format protein separation
- Low fluorescent glass plates enable direct fluorescent image scan
- Suitable for large format HCP coverage assay for regulatory requirement of HCP ELISA.
- DIGE Gels LF24 are large format 12.5% polyacrylamide precast gels with low fluorescent glass plates optimized for Amersham™ DIGE Unit LF24 electrophoresis.
- The glass plates do not need to be removed when scanning the gel with a fluorescent image scanner. Open the glass cassette to perform transfer of the proteins to a membrane.
- This gel is intended for two-dimensional fluorescence difference gel electrophoresis (2-D DIGE) and large format HCP coverage assay (2D DIBE™) for regulatory requirements of HCP ELISA.
- Ready to use DIGE buffer kits allow for a quick electrophoresis set up.
- The package contains 3 precast gels.
