  • The glass plates do not need to be removed when scanning the gel with a fluorescent image scanner. Open the glass cassette to perform transfer of the proteins to a membrane.
  • This gel is intended for two-dimensional fluorescence difference gel electrophoresis (2-D DIGE) and large format HCP coverage assay (2D DIBE™) for regulatory requirements of HCP ELISA.
