Description

The Digital Hot Plate/Magnetic Stirrer features aluminum housing with a stainless steel, ceramic-coated 6 in. diameter heating plate that is scratch and chemical resistant.

  • Unit is thermally insulated to make the housing relatively cool to the touch during operation.
  • Designed with double PT sensors.
  • Features a digital temperature controller, RPM controller, and time controller (all with independent LED displays).
  • Master selector knob for temperature, stir speed, and time settings.
  • Built-in audible alarm at end of time cycle for safety and ease of unsupervised operation.
  • In the case of malfunction a visual error code is displayed for easy diagnosis and resolution.
  • Display can be toggled between hotplate and probe temperature.
  • Temperature can be displayed in °C or °F.
  • Hot top indicator for temperatures above 50°C, even when switched off.
  • Adjustable Safety Cutoff Range: 50° to 400°C
  • Maximum Stir Speed: 1500 RPM
