  • Employs a catalytic oxidation system to produce a continuous supply of air that is virtually free of hydrocarbons, including methane
  • Incoming compressed air is filtered to remove oil, water, and particles
  • Filtered air is passed over a heated platinum catalyst that converts methane and oxygen in the air to carbon dioxide and water
  • If the hydrocarbon content of the input air is less than 10 ppm (as methane), the residual hydrocarbon concentration (as methane) is less than 0.1 ppm
  • A high efficiency 0.01 μm filter downstream of the catalyst ensures further removal of particles from the product stream
  • Maintenance filter kits and warranty information available upon request
