The Dräger -Tube™ for Methyl acrylate 5/a is a specialized glass vial containing a chemical reagent designed to detect and measure methyl acrylate concentrations in air. When a sample of air is drawn through the tube using a Dräger Accuro™ or compatible pump, the presence of methyl acrylate causes a color change in the reagent, with the extent of the change indicating the concentration.
- Chemical Measured: Methyl acrylate
- Standard Measurement Range: 5 to 200 ppm (at 20°C, 1013 hPa)
- Sample Volume: 100 mL
- Measurement Time: 5 min
- Compatibility: Compatible with Dräger Accuro™ manual bellows pump, Accuro 2000 pump, and Quantimeter 1000
- Extension of measuring range listed is possible for some detector tubes. Call Fisher Scientific™ at 1-800-772-6733 for more information.
