Invitrogen™ DR4 Monoclonal Antibody (DR-4-02)

Description
This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of TRAIL-R1 (DR4), a human death receptor 4 expressed in most human tissues (spleen, peripheral blood leucocytes, thymus) and in a variety of tumor-derived cell lines. Endotoxin level is less than 0.01 EU/ug of the protein, as determined by the LAL test. Functional Application: For blocking, recommended dilution of antibody: 2-3 μg/mL in cultivation medium, final concentration of TRAIL: 20-200 ng/mL; it is recommended to add the antibody 15 min before addition of TRAIL.
