Description
MA1-12693 detects Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor in human samples. MA1-12693 has been successfully used in FACS, immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation, Western blot, and immunohistochemistry (paraffin) procedures. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires digestion with protease xxv at 1 mg/mL in PBS for 5 minutes at 37°C. Positive controls include A431 cells or placenta or squamous cell carcinoma. Suitable for Western blotting of extracellular domain of EGFR. The MA1-12693 immunogen is HC2 20 d2 cells.
