Recombinant, human erythropoietin (EPO) expressed in CHO cells. EPO is a glycoprotein produced by the kidneys and is involved in red blood cell production. It has a predicted molecular mass of ∽21kDa but migrates at ∽37kDa on SDS-PAGE.
