Description

The End-Repair dA-tailing Mix converts damaged or incompatible 5'/3′ ends to 3' A tailed and 5′-phosphorylated DNA.

  • This Mix uses T4 DNA Polymerase's 5'→3' polymerase and 3'→5' exonuclease actions to blunt the fragment ends before Taq DNA polymerase adds an A Tail at the 3' end and T4 Polynucleotide Kinase ensures 5' phosphorylation.
