Description

For use with most high-volume analyzers

  • Measure 4 in.
  • Three versions available: transparent polystyrene, non-breakable polypropylene (including a new threaded tube version)
  • Nominal capacity of 5mL
  • Accept bar codes and fit into most racks for high-volume analyzers
  • Threaded serum tube is available with an HDPE screw cap (sold separately); may also be used as a transport and storage vial
  • After samples are drawn, they are accepted into LIS as received, then placed into the analyzer
  • For storage, place a screw cap on it and place it in the refrigerator; no need to transfer screw cap vial and relabel
  • Piggyback serum cups available in polystyrene
