Description

Determination of Factor VIII (antihemophilic factor) activity in human plasma.

Factor VIII Chromogenic Reagent is used for the determination of factor VIII concentration in plasma preparations and the detection of hereditary or acquired factor VIII deficiencies. The chromogenic method is recommended for therapeutic factor VIII preparations and is insensitive to heparin at levels of <10 U/mL.
