Test Specificity Detects human Fc gamma RIIIB/CD16b in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human Fc gamma RIIA or recombinant mouse Fc gamma RIII is observed. In flow cytometry of whole blood, recognition of Fc gamma RIIIB on the granulocyte population, but not Fc gamma RIIIA on NK cells, is observed.
Reconstitution Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
